Travel charges, if any, are disclosed before the appointment is confirmed. Your existing policy can be inserted here exactly as you want it shown.
Room-Based Estimates
Website pricing is a starting estimate based on selected rooms. Very large rooms, heavy soil, unusual access, specialty surfaces and extra requests may require an adjusted quote.
Steam & Surface Safety
Steam is used only on surfaces that can safely tolerate heat and moisture. Randy Premier Cleaning may choose another cleaning method when steam could risk damage or is not appropriate.
Specialty Work
Utility-area cleaning is cosmetic surface cleaning only and does not include mechanical, electrical, plumbing or HVAC repair or servicing.
