Our Process

The 12-Step Gold Standard

This is the core cleaning system behind Randy Premier Cleaning. The exact tools and tasks change by service, but the quality-control order stays consistent.

1

Document & Prepare

We begin by noting the room setup and, when appropriate, taking reference photos so items can be returned where they belong.

2

Clear Working Surfaces

We safely move manageable items from counters and surfaces so we can clean the full area instead of working around clutter.

3

Remove Trash & Handle Basic Reset

Trash is collected and simple dish or item handling is completed when included in the service.

4

Identify Every Surface

Before using a product, pad, brush or steam, we identify the material and finish so the cleaning method matches the surface.

5

Dust High to Low

Ceiling edges, fans, high fixtures and elevated surfaces are addressed first because gravity always wins.

6

Vacuum Dust, Hair & Loose Debris

We use vacuum dusting and crevice tools to capture dust, pet hair and human hair from edges, baseboards, surfaces and floors wherever practical.

7

Work the Room Systematically

From the entrance, we move around the room in a consistent right-to-left route so no section is skipped.

8

Apply the Correct Cleaner

Mostly eco-conscious products are used for routine work, with stronger specialty products reserved for jobs and surfaces that truly need them.

9

Steam Compatible Areas

Steam is used strategically on compatible floors and selected bathroom/hard-surface details where heat and moisture are appropriate.

10

Power Scrub Stubborn Buildup

Electric and detail scrubbers are used when residue, grout soil or stuck-on grime remains after the gentler steps.

11

Wipe, Dry & Finish

Premium microfiber and appropriate finishing techniques remove residue, dry surfaces and leave glass, metal and fixtures looking polished.

12

Gold Standard Inspection

We inspect edges, touch points, mirrors, fixtures, floors and high-visibility surfaces. If something does not look or feel right, we address it before leaving.

Steam is a tool, not the whole system. We only use it when the surface can safely handle heat and moisture. When disinfection is required, we follow the product or process instructions instead of making a blanket claim for every surface.
