We don't just dust — we inspect. When we finish the room(s) you selected, all visible dust on cleaned surfaces will be gone, verified by a final inspection before we leave. Find visible dust on a surface we agreed to clean before the room is used again? Contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll return to correct it at no charge.
📋 Reward Program Terms
- 🎟️ Coupons expire 30 days after they're issued.
- 🎟️ Coupons may be combined.
- 🎟️ The maximum discount on any single cleaning is 50% of the cleaning price.
- 👥 Referrals must be new customers who have never used Randy's Premier Cleaning before.
- 💵 Referral rewards are earned once the referred customer completes and pays for their first cleaning: $5 for a one-time cleaning, $10 if they book recurring service.
- 🏦 Referral credit can be redeemed toward a cleaning at any time — there's no minimum required to use it as credit.
- 💰 Cash payouts are only processed once you reach 10 qualifying referrals, up to a maximum of $200 per payout. Referral earnings keep accumulating between cash-outs — refer another 10 and cash out again.
- ⏳ Once you reach $200, you have 30 days to request your cash-out. If it isn't requested within 30 days, that $200 is forfeited and your referral earnings reset to $0.
- 🚫 Cash rewards are paid by check — not Cash App, Venmo, or similar apps.
- ⭐ Website review discounts are available after a completed cleaning, one review per completed cleaning.
- 💲 The Thank You and Review coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash — only referral earnings are cash-eligible, under the terms above.
- 📅 Promotions may change or end at any time without notice, but coupons and referral credit you've already earned remain valid.
